Magento Free Shipping for a Brand or Manufacturer
Today’s final entry is the ability to provide free shipping on a per attribute basis, such as by Manufacturer.
We’ve been working with Catalog Price Rules, and for shipping, we should move to Shopping Cart Price Rules.
For this one,. you will add a “Shopping Cart Price Rule”,
“Admin” -> “Promotions” -> “Shopping Cart Price Rule” -> New
Rule Information –
Rule Name: dosatron_free_shipping
Description: Free Shipping on all Dosatron Products
Status: Active
Customer Groups: “Select All”
Coupon: No Coupon
Us1ers Per Customer: (blank)
From – To (optional)
Conditions:
Click the Green Plus and select “Product Attribute Combo”
Click the + and select Manufacturer
Click the … and select Dosatron
Actions:
Under “Free Shipping” – Select “For matching items only ( this will not charge shipping for that item only, in case there are other items they need to pay shipping for. )

Save your rule., and you should now have free shipping on the items in that category.
